Sky Vista Satellite Use Policy

 
 

SkyVista provides a two-way high-speed internet access via satellite. They provide a wide range of pricing plans from residential service starting at $69.99 per month for up to 512Kbps download and up to 128Kbps upload speeds to a high end of $759.99 per month for 5Mbps download and 768Kbps upload speeds. Their systems can be utilized for Voice over IP communications.

The above Disaster Recovery (DR) monthly prices are per site. The DR charges will be applied in full month increments for any month in which the DR service is utilized (IE if the DR service is used for even a partial day you will be billed for a full month, if the site is used DR service on the last day of a given month and then on the first day of the following month, you will be billed for two full months of DR service).
To ensure that the bandwidth is available at the time the DR Service is required, we will be billing you for our lowest Enterprise Class of Service which is 3.0 x .384 per month per site for non-DR services.
  

 

Customer Premise Terminal Systems with upstream speeds of .256 Mbps require the following:
 
  • 1.2 Meter Satellite Dish
  • 2 Watt BUC, LNB, Feed Horn
  • Surf Beam Modem
 
     
Customer Premise Terminal Systems with upstream speeds of .384 Mbps or higher require the following:
 
  • 1.2 Meter Satellite Dish
  • 4 Watt BUC, LNB, Feed Horn
  • Surf Beam Modem
 
     
Additional dish sizes are avaiable as follows:
 
  • 1.0 Meter Satellite Dish (Residential Only)
  • 1.8 Meter Satellite Dish
  • 2.4 Meter Satellite Dish
 
     

 

* Shipping, IFL, Mounts, Install, and taxes not included.

* Dealer provides professional installation, mount, cable, ballast, and grounding to NEC codes.

*Dealer is to collect all cost on the equipment and installation and mounts and any other peripherals supplied by the installer.
 

Activation Fee - $99.99 service charge for deactivating a system and reactivating it at a later date.
